The UWC-IB Initiative in BiH took representatives of education ministers from BiH to Slovenia from 15th to 18th November this year. During the three-days study trip titled “Contemporary trends in development of education in Slovenia” organized by the Centre for professional development of teachers, representatives of education ministries visited the Ministry of education of Republic of Slovenia, national Institute for education and State exemination Centre, School centre Ptuj as well as Second Gymnasium in Maribor. The aim of the study visit was to present the good practices of reformed Slovenian education system to education authorities of BIH and fostering cooperation between the two countries.

This study visit was attended by representatives of Ministry of civil affairs BiH, Ministry of education of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Ministry of education of Tuzla Canton, Ministry of education of Posavina Canton and Ministry of education of Una-Sana Canton.
