The UWC-IB Initiative in Bosnia and Herzegovina is an educational organisation which seeks to promote peace in BiH through its various activities including teacher training and a residential college base in Mostar called the United World College in Mostar. The Initiative is now seeking to appoint a Director of Fundraising. The successful applicant should have prior experience of fundraising in an international context and of public relations at a senior management level. The postholder will also be expected to manage the process of legal and governance restructuring and to act as Secretary to the Board. Housing, relocation and medical insurance will be provided in addition to a salary payable in Euros. The contract is for one year’s duration initially and will commence on 1 September.
